Our story
A little piece of the island, parked in a Cypress strip center.
Daisy cooks the way she was taught: slow, seasoned properly, nothing rushed. The oxtail simmers for hours. The jerk gets its color from the grill, not a bottle. The patties come out of the oven all day long.
Walk in and you'll hear it before you taste it. That's the point.
